Day of the Dead

With Day of the Dead fast approaching it is time to start thinking about what drinks to serve your guests this year. Here are some great simple and easy cocktails to create at home;
Bloody Margarita
Ingredients:
• 50ml Cazcabel Blanco/Reposado
• 25ml Cointreau
• 25ml Lime Juice
• Dash of Grenadine
• Lime peel snake Garnish
Method:
○ Add Tequila, Cointreau and lime juice to a glass and shake ○ Pour into a fresh glass with crushed ice
○ Add a dash of Grenadine and let sink to the bottom
○ Add Lime Peel snakes
○ Stir before drinking
Vela Negra
• 40ml Cazcabel Coffee
• 10ml Cointreau
• 1 dash of chocolate Bitters
• Large pointed orange twist
Method:
○ Add all ingredients to a glass and stir with 2 cubes of ice for 1 minute
○ Top up Ice and stir again
○ Twist orange slice over drink
○ Place orange slice in middle of drink facing up
Then when the night is in full swing it is time to break out these delicious shaken shots;
Coffee Kick – Shaken Shot – Serves 4
Ingredients;
• 50ml Cazcabel Coffee
• 25ml Cointreau
Method;
○ Add the Cazcabel Coffee & Cointreau Manhattan shaker.
○ Fill to the top with ice & shake 5 times only
○ Pour out gently into 4 shot glasses & enjoy!
The Lemon Bee – Shaken Shot – Serves 4
Ingredients;
• 50ml Cazcabel Honey
• 25ml Limoncello
• 1 Dash Of Bitters
Method;
○ Add the Cazcabel Honey & Limoncello to a Manhattan shaker.
○ Fill to the top with ice & shake 5 times only
○ Pour out gently into 4 shot glasses & enjoy!
