  • 45ml Cazcabel Reposado or Honey
  • 20ml Pedro Ximenez Sherry
  • 50ml Cloudy Apple Juice
  • 10ml Cinnamon Syrup
  • 10ml Grenadine
  • 2 dashes Orange Bitters
METHOD

(COLD) Build all into the glass and stir well to blend the flavours together, fill with cubed ice and stir well. Add Garnish.

(HOT) Add all ingredients to a metal pan and stir well to combine. Heat till desired temperature and serve.
