Exclusively for Easter… the Cazcabel Vegan Eggspresso Martini!

To celebrate Easter this year, we decided we wanted to create a deliciously chocolatey cocktail using our Cazcabel Coffee Tequila. So, we got our heads together with quirky cocktail bar group Near & Far London and chocolatier Divine Chocolate.

Of course, chocolate and coffee match perfectly in an espresso martini, but we didn’t want it to be just any old recreation of the classic tipple. We like to be a little bit different, so we decided our Easter cocktail would be vegan; but still creamy and full of flavour.

The cocktail starts with a base of Cazcabel Coffee, our traditional blue weber agave Blanco Tequila blended with a roasted hit of luxury Arabica espresso from the coastal region of Soconusco in Mexico. This is then shaken with more espresso and ice and infused with sweet vanilla and a hint of fresh orange.

To finish it off with an Easter flourish, the cocktail is decorated with some cocoa bunny ears, garnished with a Divine Chocolate vegan mini egg, and named the Eggspresso Martini. Sweet!

The cocktail is currently available at Near & Far Peckham, Angel and the newly opened Camden, from 1st-30th April. Head down to check it out this weekend!
